My
introduction to network security came inadvertently in 1994 when the
rlogin exploit was found in AIX and Linux. Since then, I have over ten years
of experience as a security architect/manager, designing,
building, and managing secure multi-tier distributed computing
environments. I was a major contributor to IBM’s corporate security
standards, and was the primary author of the Unix portion of that standard. My
experience includes developing and deploying penetration test tools,
implementing authentication systems, and security auditing.
